Property Awards 2017 :: Awards Nomination
Category : Deal of the Year

Has your firm pulled off a ground-breaking corporate or property deal in 2016 that has really stood out or moved the dial in the past year? Then we want to hear from you. To qualify, the deal has to have completed within the past year. It does not have to be the biggest transaction, but it does have to be the best – whether it is a merger or acquisition of another company, a major leasing, investment or funding deal or an innovative joint venture.

What the judges want to see:

  • Details of why the deal was so ground-breaking, bold or innovative
  • Details of how the deal was struck and how challenging/complex it was
  • Details of how it was structured/funded and the likely returns/rewards
  • An idea of what impact the deal is likely to have and of the targets and time frame
  • A summary of why you feel you deserve to win this award
