Are you the standout developer of the past year? Have you developed landmark schemes, pulled off ground-breaking deals, embarked on innovative joint ventures or pioneered new ideas that have changed the face of property development in the UK? Have you raised the bar architecturally or developed a scheme that has helped regenerate an area? Then we want to hear from you. We are looking to reward achievements specifically of the past year – ie. the period between December 2015 and 2016.

What the judges want to see:

  • Evidence of best-in-class achievements or initiatives that have been initiated or come to fruition in the past year
  • Evidence of a strong financial performance in the past year
  • Evidence of strong development activity
  • Innovation in the type of development undertaken or the way it is undertaken
  • A tangible improvement on the previous year
  • Evidence of new strategies, business development or staff/training initiatives
  • A summary of why you feel you deserve to win this award

Entry Rules

1. You must provide accurate contact details in the personal details section. We will use these at a later date to contact.
2. All sections must be completed to the best of your ability. Leaving out sections of information will put your entry at a disadvantage as the judges want to see the facts and figures. This is especially important regarding any financial information.
3. All the judges sign confidentiality agreements so will not discuss what they are presented with
4. You must as part of your support material supply the judges 3 high res images to support your entry. Logo's are not acceptable. Acceptable image formats (JPEG, PNG or TIF)
5. For entries to qualify, work needs to be carried out between Dec 2015 and Dec 2016. Final entry deadline is 13th Jan 2017
