This category is aimed at agencies providing, leasing and sales or acquisition advice to the leisure property sector. It is open to commercial agents only. Entry should include financial information relating to the number of transactions area of space transacted, transactional fee income, consultancy fee income, repeat business and income per full-time fee earner.

What the judges want to see:

  • Evidence of outstanding achievement in the past year
  • Details of any landmark deals, innovations or consultancy commissions secured
  • Evidence of a tangible improvement in performance in the past year
  • Key financials – please try to fill in as much of the form as possible and if you leave any part blank, please give a brief explanation (eg. confidential)
  • Details of any innovations or changes in strategy introduced in the past year
  • Evidence of business development or staff/training initiatives
  • Evidence of strong client focus and positive client feedback – for instance via testimonials
  • A summary of why you feel you deserve to win this award

Calculations

Entry Rules

1. You must provide accurate contact details in the personal details section. We will use these at a later date to contact.
2. All sections must be completed to the best of your ability. Leaving out sections of information will put your entry at a disadvantage as the judges want to see the facts and figures. This is especially important regarding any financial information.
3. All the judges sign confidentiality agreements so will not discuss what they are presented with
4. You must as part of your support material supply the judges 3 high res images to support your entry. Logo's are not acceptable. Acceptable image formats (JPEG, PNG or TIF)
5. For entries to qualify, work needs to be carried out between Dec 2015 and Dec 2016. Final entry deadline is 13th Jan 2017
6. Please note we cannot guarantee feedback on entries
7. If submitting as a joint entry please make sure you have sign off from both parties.
