What are the Commercial Property Awards?
For 30 years, the Commercial Property Awards have stood at the forefront of the UK’s commercial property sector, celebrating innovation, excellence and leadership across the residential property industry. Past winners include developers, investors, operators and service providers recognised for outstanding projects and lasting impact.
Who can enter the Commercial Property Awards?
The Commercial Property Awards are open to organisations and individuals across the cvommercial property industry, including developers, housebuilders, asset managers, operators, investors, consultants and professional advisers working in the UK market.
How do I enter the Commercial Property Awards?
You can submit your entry online via the Commercial Property Awards entry portal, which can be found here. Entries are free until 16 February 2026, after which a fee applies. Choose one or more of the 28 award categories that reflect your achievements.
Is entry free?
Yes. Entry to the Commercial Property Awards is free until 16 February 2026. After this date, a paid entry fee of £195 applies up until 16 March 2026. Early entry is encouraged to secure free submission and allow time to refine your entry. You can enter as many categories that are relevant to your organisation as you like. We encourage you to look at both the company and personalities awards to maximise your chances of success.
