Scott is responsible for the overall strategy and running of the Allsop LLP business and as an investment sales expert continues to play a day to day role in the National Investment Department with the view to winning and growing more investment business.

Michael Dean is the Co-Founder of Avamore Capital, a +£400M bridging and development finance lender established in 2015. Michael also co-owns Chartfield Homes, a design-led strategic land and development company specialising in delivering consents and new homes in the Home Counties. Outside of property and finance, Michael has interests in agriculture, technology and renewable energy.

Paul Wilkinson is a Principal at Avison Young, specialising in Retail Investment, based in the West End. He was a joint founding partner of Wilkinson Williams in 1991 who became market leaders as advisors to the retail warehouse property market and as a 16 strong partnership were taken over by AY in 2018. Key clients are British Land, Realty, Paloma and M7. He is keen Preston North End fan and did have an (expensive) partial ownership a few years ago.

Andrew Jackson leads Avison Young’s industrial team which embraces agency, investment and lease advisory specialists. He has advised on many major projects including Jaguar Land Rover’s 2.94 million sq ft parts distribution centre in Leicestershire and the acquisition of the 350 acre Honda manufacturing site by Panattoni in Swindon.

Jonathan is a Development Director, he joined Bericote in 2014 from Cushman & Wakefield where he was a Partner specialised in Occupier Consultancy. He is responsible for the running of the commercial aspects of development projects from bid process, acquisition and legal due diligence through to completion, as well as running the marketing, letting and disposal process.

Andrew has worked at Bidwells for over 20 years and leads the Capital Markets team which specialises in the acquisition and disposal of commercial assets, together with development funding and the forming of joint ventures. In 2021 Bidwells Capital Markets team advised on c. £1bn of (83%) all Life Science transactions in the Arc.

Roger Wade is the Founder and CEO of BOXPARK, London’s award-winning food and retail revolution. After graduating from University, Roger started Boxfresh, the original British Streetwear brand in 1989. He grew the Boxfresh brand from a market stall, to an international brand selling in over 12 different countries. In 2005, Roger sold Boxfresh to Pentland Brands and formed his own brand consultancy, Brands Incorporated, specialising in the development, financing and licensing of UK fashion brands. Five years later, Roger transformed a patch of wasteland to create the world’s first pop-up dining and shopping destination in the heart of London’s Shoreditch. The next iteration of BOXPARK launched in Croydon in 2015 – slightly different to the original site, BOXPARK Croydon has the look and feel of a modern food hall with an innovative structure and outdoor seating space. Finally, inspired by its Croydon sibling but with a twist, BOXPARK Wembley launched in December 2018 – becoming a new Fanzone for Wembley Stadium and Arena visitors, and the first BOXPARK site to offer leisure activities with its unique ‘PlayBox’ zone. Roger is a creative entrepreneur. He believes that all brands should be special and identifies those special brands/projects and adds values to them. Melanie joined the British Property Federation as Chief Executive in January 2015. Prior to this, Melanie spent nine years as Director General of the Food and Drink Federation. Melanie began her working life as a Police Constable in the Metropolitan Police Service. She joined the civil service (HM Customs and Excise) in 1988 and subsequently held senior roles in a number of departments including the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, the Office of the Rail Regulator and the Cabinet Office. She was awarded the CBE in 2015 for services to the food and drink industry.

Martin leads a team that has secured many notable pre-letting transactions. Martin has over 34 years’ experience with both Landlords and occupiers in the London market having previously held positions at Montagu Evans, JLL, Colliers and St Quintin. Martin is a Freeman of the City of London.

Savannah is the Founder & CEO of Built-ID working to help bridge the gap between public opinion and private operations by enabling local communities to voice their opinion on projects going on in their neighborhoods. In 2020, Savannah was featured alongside Greta Thunberg as one of Forbes 30 under 30 Social Entrepreneurs. Louise has over 35 years commercial experience across the land, property and construction sectors, within the UK and overseas. She has worked within two City Councils, a national property agency, a major housebuilder, and the UN and established a national, award-winning planning consultancy. On selling that consultancy to Arcadis, Louise became a Partner and UK Head of Development & Strategic Planning. She stepped down from the Arcadis Partnership in 2019 to take up a number of Non-Executive Directorships and international advisory positions, all relating to the built environment, property and infrastructure. Her portfolio includes FTSE companies, UK Government Departments and land regeneration organisations, and her commercial clients include major landowners and developers, global property investors and sovereign wealth funds. Nick built and led Lambert Smith Hampton’s, then perennial award-winning, Thames Valley commercial property team for 25 years. He has 30 years of experience advising clients upon commercial property issues, particularly corporate occupiers. He also latterly played a role at LSH as Director of Tech Apps. He has been the recipient of the highly prestigious Outstanding Contribution Award at the Thames Valley Property Awards. An expert in Corporate Real Estate, having advised many businesses upon location strategies and the acquisition of commercial property. Nick has led projects for clients in all sectors including Tech Co’s; Life Science & Pharmaceuticals; Professional Services and Financial. Dara Huang is the founder of Design Haus Liberty; an international architecture, interiors and design practice established in London in 2013, with global offices in both London and Hong Kong. She holds a master’s degree in Architecture from Harvard University and started her career at Herzog de Meuron, Basel and Foster + Partners, London. In the company’s short time, Dara has received numerous awards and honours including Property Weeks 40 under 40, BBC China's 100 Women, Prestige Hong Kong’s 40 under 40 and three RIBA competition recognitions and sits on the board for Prop Tech and is a member of the Milken Institute and Red Club Cartier. She has also exhibited at Somerset House, London and the Architecture Venice Biennale. Passionate about creating value and leading design in market trends, DH Liberty expands the boundaries of the way architects tell stories through the built environment. Alongside their luxury clients such as: The Four Seasons, LVMH, Cartier, and Starwood Capital, Dara has co-founded an affordable urban housing platform, Viva House, a sustainable, prefabricated system that combines operations with asset light developments turning housing into a service. She is also interested in democratising design via her first furniture and products line to launch in 2022. The daughter of a NASA scientist who emigrated from Taiwan to the United States, Dara grew up in multi-cultural surroundings and global travel. She has a keen interest in contemporary art and nature, which inspires much of her designs.

Sanda joined the DHLiberty team during its formative phase in 2014. She was inspired by the vision to create a platform that brings together talent with the freedom to develop design driven client-centric projects. She is a key team member driving DHL's development and in particular as it relates to formulating it's design language. Sanda's sensibilities are reflected in the firm's approach which evolves around simplicity and the exploration of innovative ways to balance the emotional connectivity between space, proportion, light and materiality. Sanda combines a keen design sense with a strong technical underpinning stretching into construction and engineering. Camilla Topham is the Co-founder of Distrkt; a modern hospitality and leisure property consultancy which she launched in 2018 with Michael Webb. Distrkt specialise in advising Landlords strategically on their developments and estates and current clients include The Shaftesbury Estate, Borough Market, The Crown Estate, Borough Yards development and The Knightsbridge Estate. Camilla has extensive experience in F&B and leisure leasing nationwide. Angelica Krystle Donati is Head of Business Development at Donati S.p.A an established Italian construction company with a 40-year history in residential, commercial, infrastructure and residential projects both in Italy and abroad. Angelica is currently Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Donati Immobiliare Group, an Italian-born international developer, builder-developer and investment company operating in Italy, the U.K. and the US, with a primary focus on the Rome, London and New York markets. Angelica is member of ANCE (the Italian Construction and Development Association), and in 2021 has been appointed President of ANCE Giovani. As an advocate on the topics of digital transformation and PropTech, Angelica is a regular contributor to both Forbes and Property Week in the UK, specialising in issues related to innovation in the real estate and construction industries.

Ben Channon is an architect, author, TEDx speaker and mental wellbeing advocate, and is well known in the industry as a thought leader in designing for happiness and wellbeing. He is a Director at wellbeing design consultancy Ekkist, where he helps clients and design teams to create healthier places and achieve WELL Certification. Ben has written two books on the relationship between design and mental wellbeing: ‘Happy by Design’ and ‘The Happy Design Toolkit’.

Mark is a high-profile leader in the worlds of retail property and placemaking, a position recognised with his appointment to lead the governments High Street Task Force in July 2020; following his role as Revo President in 2019. Over nearly three decades Mark has worked in all aspects of the industry as an advisor, investor/developer and occupier. In 2008 he co-founded Ellandi, a business currently undertaking over 30 projects in the UK with a value in excess of £1.5bn. In 2016 Ellandi won Property Entrepreneurs of the Year at the Property Awards and were shortlisted for the Retail Property Company of the Year award by Estates Gazette. Fiona Freeman is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice. Chris has been Managing Partner at Maples Teesdale for five years and a partner in the Commercial Real Estate team at Maples for 20 years. Stuart is Chief Operations Officer at Milligan. As well as overseeing the running of the company Stuart acts as Commercial Director and leads on a number of projects. Susan is a partner at law firm Mishcon de Reya. Phil joined Duxburys Chartered Surveyors as a General Practice Surveyor in 1996 after completing his BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying. In 2001, after obtaining membership of the RICS and forming and developing the company’s commercial property department, he joined Whittle Jones North West, part of the Northern Trust Group, as a Management Surveyor. During this time he was responsible for the ongoing management and letting of a 2,000,000 sq ft portfolio of office and industrial property in the North West. In 2003 he was promoted to the role of Development Surveyor at Delma Developments, the development arm of the Group. At Delma, Phil was responsible for the development of over 250,000 sq ft of industrial property. Phil joined Muse Developments in 2006 to assist with the delivery of the company’s mixed use regeneration portfolio and was promoted to the role of Development Director in 2011. He assumed the role of Regional Director in 2018. He is now responsible, as Muse’s Regional Director, for a wide range of projects throughout the North West and heads up the team of development directors and surveyors in the Manchester office. He is also a member of the main Muse board. Since joining Muse he has delivered, or currently has on site, over 700,000 sq ft of offices, 550 new homes, a 143 bedroom hotel and 2 large multi storey car parks. He has also successfully led two CPOs and gained consent for the largest ever planning application submitted to Salford City Council. Phil also secured the forward funding of 3 PRS residential developments at New Bailey. Development of the 225 units has commenced, a scheme that is one of the first institutionally funded PRS developments in the city. Phil is a member of the Investment Property Forum and the British Council for Offices, where he was formerly Chair of the Northern Region Next Gen committee.

Zvi is a founding partner at Capreon and leads the UK real estate team. He has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Capreon, Zvi has been involved in over £4 billion of real estate transactions across all sectors. This includes numerous shopping centres along with a variety of office and industrial assets. Sally joined Prologis in 2021 has 20 years’ experience in logistics and industrial site selection, development, leasing and asset management as both a landlord and occupier, having worked for Amazon, Savills, John Lewis, Brixton plc and King Sturge. Sally is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Anouk is chief growth officer at Cambridge Finance, which she joined in late 2020 to scale its training platforms within the UK and globally. Her career spans across London, Dubai and now Madrid. She has worked for Merrill Lynch, a global private bank in the City of London, and Deacon Capital, an independent financial services group for advising high net worth/ultra high net worth clients in the Middle East. She then switched sectors by setting up her own turnkey consultancy for commercial real estate projects in Dubai.

Maria Wiedner is the CEO and founder of Cambridge Finance, a real estate financial modelling training and consulting company. Maria is also the founder of Real Estate Women, a network dedicated to diversity and inclusion in the built environment. Maria has worked in the very quantitative areas of property derivatives and equity analysis and has set up Cambridge Finance to help the real estate industry make sense of the numbers.

Adam leads the Savills Place team within Property Management at Savills. He oversees customer experience and place-shaping across prime commercial and mixed-use assets. He is passionate about fostering community engagement and how this dovetails with ESG practices, technology and innovation, with the ultimate aim of creating remarkable and enduring destinations.

Darren is an Architect and the Chief Executive of international architectural practice Scott Brownrigg. He has Strategic Board responsibility for the quality of design across the practice and has been at the forefront of many high-profile projects over the last over twenty years, within the UK and internationally.

Mickola Wilson is a veteran of the real estate fund and asset management market. Director and co-owner of Seven Dials Fund Management and former CEO of Teesland plc and MD of Guardian Properties. Mickola has a wide portfolio of Non-Executive and advisory roles including a NED at Palace Capital plc and the Mailbox REIT.

A multi award winning development consultant and architect, Harry is a well-known figure in UK real estate with over 25 years’ experience delivering multi-million-pound hotels, boutique residential and complex real estate projects. Munish Datta is director at UK Green Building Council, enabling the delivery of its mission to radically improve the sustainability of the built environment. He is a Fellow at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, empowering senior business leaders & organisations to tackle critical global challenges. He volunteers as a Charity Trustee and Schools Governor and is alumnus of Marks & Spencer where he led cross business teams to design and deliver the multi award winning, globally renowned sustainability strategy (Plan A), for its 1000+ buildings property portfolio.

Vivienne King has over 30 years’ leadership experience in the real estate industry. The former CEO of Revo, the membership organisation supporting the whole of the retail property market, Vivienne worked closely with the Government in relation to the economic impact of Covid-19. Prior to 2020 Vivienne was CEO of Soho Housing Association and Soho Ltd, a retail property business in Central London, and with over 20 years in the senior team at the Crown Estate. Vivienne is now running her own consultancy business and is a NED and Board advisor with a number of organisations in the built environment. She is a well-recognised voice in commercial real estate, speaking out on issues as diverse as business rates reform, entrepreneurialism and high street regeneration. As a co-founder of Real Estate Balance, she is passionate about the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion in society and more broadly about ESG, having been in the vanguard to make this a strategic imperative for the industry, whilst at the Crown Estate.

William Newton is President & MD at WiredScore. He joined the company in 2015, bringing the globally recognised certification for technology in real estate, to the UK, specifically working with the then Mayor of London to establish WiredScore as the capital’s official digital connectivity rating scheme. Since then, William has gone on to lead WiredScore’s global expansion across multiple markets, bringing outstanding connectivity to over 7 million people across 23 countries, most recently across the Nordics and Central Eastern Europe. He also led WiredScore’s entry into the smart building arena with the launch of SmartScore in 2021. William began his career at McKinsey & Co, before moving to work in the Cabinet Office and then in the No 10 Policy Unit in 10 Downing Street.
