The health and wellbeing award aims to celebrate the organisation or individual that has done the most in the past year to support the health and wellbeing of staff, occupiers or the local community.

We are looking for an exemplary initiative, scheme or project that has raised the bar in terms of health and wellbeing. Has your building achieved a WELL certification and/or best-in-class environmental accreditation standard rating (e.g. BREEAM, LEED, SKA)? Have you done something ground-breaking to support the health and wellbeing of your staff or occupiers? Perhaps you have prioritised health and wellbeing features in a new scheme. Irvine Sellar Award

This award, in honour of the late, great Irvine Sellar, aims to celebrate an outstanding individual who has shaken up the market with a truly ground-breaking project or initiative over the past 12 months‎. Have you or do you know someone who has pulled off a deal or secured a planning permission that no-one thought was possible - and that no-one else could? Have you or do you know someone who disrupted the market with a new initiative, model or scheme that has been truly transformative, a game changer? Are you or do you know someone who is an outlier who does things differently and brilliantly? Then we want to hear from you.

Young Property Personality of the Year

We are looking for the stars of the future, the individuals who show the sort of entrepreneurialism, tenacity and vision to steer and lead the industry in years to come. You or someone you nominate can hail from any part of the industry – be it a property organisation, a proptech company, the agency world, law… if you or your nominee, eat, drink and sleep property and lead where others follow, we want to hear from you.
