Harry Harris is managing director of SUSD Ltd, a developer, and creator of luxury hospitality spaces and the ‘co-experience’, from co-living to co-working, and members clubs. An architect and founder of SUSD London, the developer of The Curtain Club, a hotel, restaurant, live-music venue and members’ club in Shoreditch. Delivering complex real estate projects in and around London for over 30 years, applying a locally sensitive, and financially sound approach that has seen projects through to successful launch.

A “thinker” as well as a “do-er”, offering enthusiastic contributions as a conference speaker, writer, and a judge of national and international award schemes. An advisor to several multi-billion private equity funds and private offices, creating new real estate solutions in the hospitality and commercial sectors. SUSD improves the built environment, bringing forward new residential typologies and collaborative workspaces, creating new communities that provide a greater social purpose. Harry has enjoyed involvement as non-exec at Notting Hill Housing Trust, Soho Housing Assoc. and the Vision Foundation allowing him to develop greater insight into the social impact these organisations can have on the built environment.

Chanelle is the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Savills. Chanelle has over ten years of D&I expertise, but also has strong wellbeing, people and culture experience. Outside of work, Chanelle is a mother to a young son, volunteers as a school governor and enjoys writing young adult books.

Susan is a real estate partner at law firm Mishcon de Reya. An experienced real estate lawyer, her in-depth understanding of the property market, the emerging world of tech and her business training as a Sloan Masters MSc (London Business School) graduate, combined with a wide circle of contacts is an effective combination.

She is listed in Property Week's Women's Power List, which describes her as "a world-class networker" with "a contact book full of CEOs", In 2021, Susan received an honorary doctorate from the University College of Estate Management (UCEM), in recognition of her contribution to the built environment. She is on the board of Central District Alliance, the Holborn and surrounding area's Business Improvement District and chairs its Property Group and is on the advisory boards of real estate investment company Seaforth Land and of flexible working company Work.Life. She is also an active member of a number of property-related organisations, including Vice Chair of the British Property Federation's Technology and Innovation Group and member of the ULI Europe Technology and Real Estate Product Council. Susan hosts the popular Propertyshe podcast where she has now interviewed 80+ of the top influencers who define and make a difference to the real estate industry and built environment.

The podcast series is recognised as #1 in the recent Top 25 Best London Real Estate Podcasts (FeedSpot). Susan writes for Property Week on property industry issues, undertakes regular speaking and panel engagements and is active on social media as @Propertyshe.

Scott is Senior Partner of Allsop LLP and is responsible for the overall strategy and running of the Allsop LLP business and as an investment sales expert continues to play a day to day role in the National Investment Department with the view to winning and growing more investment business. Scott began his career at Savills in 1990.

He joined the Investment Department at Savills in 1993 and was invited to the Commercial Board in 2004 making Head of Investment in the West End London office. Scott joined Allsop from Savills in May 2007 accepting the position of Equity Partner. He became Managing Partner of the Commercial Division in 2014 and in March 2016 became Senior Partner of Allsop LLP.

Darren Rogers is head of Fried Frank’s European Real Estate Department, advising clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including major City of London lettings, joint ventures, and large-scale mixed-use development work. Darren advises real estate companies, fund managers, sovereign wealth funds, and global real estate private equity firms on their most business-critical transactions.

Camilla Topham is the Co-founder of Distrkt; a leading hospitality and leisure property consultancy with a human first approach. Distrkt specialise in advising Landlords strategically on their developments and estates throughout the UK and current clients include Shaftesbury Capital, Borough Market Trust, Somerset House Trust, Lendlease and The Knightsbridge Estate.

Camilla has extensive experience in hospitality and leisure leasing nationwide. She cares passionately about the impact hospitality and leisure has on the built environment and its role in bringing places to life. Camilla is additionally a huge advocate for gender equality in the industry and has created a modern company culture at Distrkt which supports women in the workplace.

Phil Mayall is Managing Director of nationwide placemaker, Muse. He is a member of the Morgan Sindall Group Management Team and Board Director for The English Cities Fund, a £200m mixed-use regeneration vehicle owned by Muse, Legal & General and Homes England.

Nick has 30 years of experience in commercial property. He received the prestigious Outstanding Contribution Award at the Thames Valley Property Awards. An expert in Corporate Real Estate, has led projects for clients in all sectors Tech Co’s; Life Science & Pharmaceuticals; Professional Services and Financial. He led the adoption and engagement of technology applications to apply modern practices in a nationwide Surveying business.

Darren has Strategic Board responsibility for design quality across Scott Brownrigg and has been at the forefront of many high-profile projects within the UK and internationally. With experience in a broad range of sectors, Darren instigates a fresh enthusiasm for modern architecture, innovative ideas and sensitive concern for the environment.

Jennifer is incoming National Chair of Women in Property (from 1 March), and Senior Strategic Land Manager, Barratt Developments. She is an active RTPI member, a former RTPI Regional Chair and member of the General Assembly, the RTPI’s debating chamber. She is also Vice Chair of Bradford Property & Economic Forum.

Ben is an architect, author, and TEDx speaker, and is well known in the industry as a thought leader in designing for wellbeing. He is a Director at wellbeing design consultancy Ekkist, where he helps clients and design teams to create healthier places.

Ben has written two books on the relationship between buildings and happiness, ‘Happy by Design’ (2018) and ‘The Happy Design Toolkit’ (2022), and speaks on this subject to businesses and universities around the world.

Melanie joined the British Property Federation as Chief Executive in January 2015 having previously spent nine years as Director General of the Food and Drink Federation.

Melanie began her working life as a Police Constable in the Metropolitan Police Service and subsequently held a number of senior roles in the civil service. Her role is to champion a diverse, successful and sustainable UK real estate sector recognised for the positive economic and social benefits it delivers to communities across the country.

Melanie is a Trustee of the property industry charity LandAid and Chair-elect of the Council of the University of Essex. She was awarded a CBE in 2015 for services to the food and drink industry.

Jackie is a Partner in the Real Estate team at law firm Hogan Lovells. Jackie deals with all aspects of commercial real estate including transactions, development and hotels. Jackie is a member of the BPF, IPF and ULI. She is Chair of the City of London Law Society Land Law Committee. Jackie was included in the list of The Top 50 Women in the UK Super Lawyers and is recommended in Legal 500 in the Hall of Fame, Chambers as a Senior Statesperson and Who's Who Legal for Real Estate

Paddy has over 17 years of real estate experience having spent his early career in European Fund Management before joining Global Student Accommodation and leading acquisitions of £1bn of student accommodation across the UK and Europe. Paddy joined Colliers in 2021 and now advises a range of Investors and Developers on transactions, joint ventures and operations predominantly across Student Accommodation, Built to Rent and Co-Living.

Sophie joined Canary Wharf Group as Director, Sustainability in December 2021 with responsibility to develop the strategy and champion the transition for the group.

Sophie has previously led sustainability across the UK for the regional and specialist businesses within Balfour Beatty, the UK’s largest contractor. Sophie has also spent time in the retail industry where she led programmes to deliver sustainable outcomes in the Far East. With experience in a variety of roles and sectors, Sophie firmly believes the private sector has a key role to play in responding to the crisis we face.

Savannah is the Founder & CEO of Built-ID working to help bridge the gap between public opinion and private operations by enabling local communities to voice their opinion on projects going on in their neighborhoods.

In 2020, Savannah was featured alongside Greta Thunberg as one of Forbes 30 under 30 Social Entrepreneurs. Savannah is a regular columnist for Property Week, part of the ULI Europe Leadership Council, Urban Art Forum and sits on the Board of Trustees for The Legacy Foundation.

Jonathan is a Development Director at PLP and has over 20 years’ experience in the industrial and logistics markets. He has comprehensive experience in site acquisition, submission and securing planning consent, through to leasing and disposals. PLP is a specialist UK logistics and industrial property business, founded in 2015. PLP’s core business is to develop prime, large scale logistics assets and add value throughout their investment life cycle.

Shilpa is senior counsel in the Real Estate Group at Taylor Wessing. She has a wealth of commercial real estate experience and advises a broad range of clients from pension funds to ultra high net worths on all their real estate needs. Shilpa is a keen advocate for promoting diversity and inclusion and sits on Taylor Wessing's Inclusion Board. She also leads the firm's real estate India Group. One of her career highlights was spotting the Good Harvest issue in the case of K/S Victoria Street vs House of Fraser (Victoria Street) which is now the leading case on the validity of guarantees under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1995.

Sanmi Adegoke is the CEO of Rehoboth Property Group (RPG), an award-winning entrepreneur, a leading UK Real Estate Developer & Philanthropist. Sanmi's legacy is about changing the narrative of ownership & giving back to the community.

Key achievements include being the first black British recipient of the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ - Property Awards 2021, being awarded ‘Real Estate Developer of the Year 2020’ - by Trusted Land, awarded ‘Real Estate CEO of the month’ - by Acquisition International, and ‘Property Developer of the Year’ - by Property Investors Awards 2022.

Chris is a real estate lawyer with over 30 years' experience. He joined Gowling WLG in 1998 and was made a partner in 2001, specialising in real estate development, investment and in advising corporate occupiers. Chris sits on Gowling WLG's executive board and leads the firm's market-leading real estate practice, which consists of over 400 people in five teams.
