Prime Phenix is a London-based developer founded in 2016. Since then, it has delivered more than 200 homes totalling over 350,000 sq ft with around 400 more under construction. The company designs and builds across London through in-house construction, giving it close control over quality, cost and delivery.

Prime Phenix focuses on sustainable, community-driven designs with each home built to deliver long-term value for residents. Its developments have been part of the regeneration of South Acton and West Ealing in West London, featuring advanced and innovative technology with every home targeting an EPC rating of A or B.

Prime Phenix is extending this approach into the co-living sector, including a 268-studio, all-inclusive scheme in West Ealing that combines private studios with shared amenities. The company aims to create seamless homes, where great design and practical living come together.
