Harry Harris is managing director of SUSD Ltd, a developer, and creator of luxury hospitality spaces and the ‘co-experience’, from co-living to co-working, and members clubs. An architect and founder of SUSD London, the developer of The Curtain Club, a hotel, restaurant, live-music venue and members’ club in Shoreditch. Delivering complex real estate projects in and around London for over 30 years, applying a locally sensitive, and financially sound approach that has seen projects through to successful launch. A “thinker” as well as a “do-er”, offering enthusiastic contributions as a conference speaker, writer, and a judge of national and international award schemes. An advisor to several multi-billion private equity funds and private offices, creating new real estate solutions in the hospitality and commercial sectors. SUSD improves the built environment, bringing forward new residential typologies and collaborative workspaces, creating new communities that provide a greater social purpose. Harry has enjoyed involvement as non-exec at Notting Hill Housing Trust, Soho Housing Assoc. and the Vision Foundation allowing him to develop greater insight into the social impact these organisations can have on the built environment.

Adam is a Director and Head of Place within the Property Management division of Savills. He leads on customer experience and place-shaping strategies for prime commercial and mixed-use assets in London and across the UK. He is Chair of the Savills LGBTQ+ Network and a Trustee of London-based charity Pan Intercultural Arts.

Maria’s passion for real estate finance and advanced financial modelling is grounded in specialist, highly quantitative roles across property derivatives, renewable energy finance, and listed Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) analysis. She has extensive international consulting and leadership experience, advising investors, developers, lenders, and professional services firms on real estate investment analysis, valuation, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making.

Maria is an internationally recognised authority, speaker, and thought leader on best-practice financial modelling, real estate investment analysis, and organisational capability building within the property sector.

Maria is the CEO and Founder of Cambridge Finance, which combines structured professional education with bespoke consulting, supporting clients across acquisitions, development, asset management, and capital structuring. Maria holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), RICS Registered Valuer and CFA Charterholder. She speaks English, German, Finnish and Portuguese, and works extensively across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

In addition, Maria founded Real Estate Women (RE:WOMEN) in 2012, a diversity initiative dedicated to improving equality, inclusion, and representation of minorities in senior roles within the real estate industry.

Melanie joined the British Property Federation as Chief Executive in January 2015 having previously spent nine years as Director General of the Food and Drink Federation.     Melanie began her working life as a Police Constable in the Metropolitan Police Service and subsequently held a number of senior roles in the civil service. Her role is to champion a diverse, successful and sustainable UK real estate sector recognised for the positive economic and social benefits it delivers to communities across the country.    Melanie is a Trustee of the property industry charity LandAid and Chair-elect of the Council of the University of Essex. She was awarded a CBE in 2015 for services to the food and drink industry.

Shilpa Vaswani is a senior lawyer in the Real Estate Group at Taylor Wessing, advising institutional investors and ultra-high net worth individuals on complex commercial real estate transactions and strategic matters. With extensive expertise, she brings commercial acumen and technical excellence to high-value deals and intricate structuring arrangements.

A passionate advocate for inclusion, Shilpa serves on Taylor Wessing's Inclusion Board, championing initiatives to create a more equitable and representative real estate sector. She believes diverse perspectives drive innovation and better outcomes for clients and the profession.

Susan is a real estate partner at law firm Mishcon de Reya. An experienced real estate lawyer, her in-depth understanding of the property market, the emerging world of tech and her business training as a Sloan Masters MSc (London Business School) graduate, combined with a wide circle of contacts is an effective combination. She is listed in Property Week's Women's Power List, which describes her as "a world-class networker" with "a contact book full of CEOs".

In 2021, Susan received an honorary doctorate from the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) in recognition of her contribution to the built environment. She is on the board of Central District Alliance, the Holborn and surrounding area's Business Improvement District and chairs its Property Group and is on the advisory boards of real estate investment company Seaforth Land and of flexible working company Work.Life. She also chairs the London Chamber of Commerce Property and Construction Forum.

Susan hosts the popular Propertyshe podcast where she has now interviewed 100+ of the top influencers who define and make a difference to the real estate industry and built environment. The podcast series is recognised as #1 in the recent Top 25 Best London Real Estate Podcasts (FeedSpot).

Founder of Impactful Places supporting the built environment optimise the local outcomes of business delivery, Vivienne has held leadership positions in real estate investors for more than 30 years across retail, office, leisure, residential and rural sectors. Vivienne was a co-founder and inaugural chair of equity diversity and inclusion champion, Real Estate Balance and is deputy chair of its Patrons Group, she chairs the high profile Shopkeepers' Campaign for retail business rates reform and is a Revoboard member, a Patrons Group member of LandAid and a Vice president of the Story of Christmas appeal. Vivienne was inducted into the Property Week Hall of Fame in 2023 for her work for the real estate industry.

Paddy is CEO of Kinetic Capital, a real estate debt financing platform specialising in the Operational Living sector working to empower clients to achieve their goals with clarity and vision.

With nearly 20 years of experience across funds management, capital raising, transactions, and platform creation, Paddy has previously worked for Colliers, GSA and Principal Europe where he utilised his passion to help clients meet their needs; honing his specialist market knowledge, expertise and experience.

Paddy was also the co-founder of venture capital backed proptech business, acasa, which was eventually sold to Goodlord in 2021 to allow it’s continued growth and expansion. With a desire to promote the aspirations of those from all background, and as someone proud of his own heritage, Paddy is Chairman of Pathways to Property, an initiative seeking to increase ED&I across the real estate industry which has so far seen 24% of the summer school attendees now working within the property sector. Away from the office, Paddy is a proud husband and father of three as well as being an avid fan of Formula One

Nick led and built Lambert Smith Hampton’s previous award winning commercial property team. He has 30 years of experience advising clients upon commercial property issues, particularly corporate occupiers. He has been the recipient of the prestigious Outstanding Contribution Award at the Thames Valley Property Awards. An expert in Corporate Real Estate, having advised many businesses upon location strategies and the acquisition of commercial property. Nick has led projects for clients in all sectors including Tech Co’s; Life Science & Pharmaceuticals; Professional Services and Financial. These have included advising upon a location strategy for 1000 person Tech Hub for a major bank, new UK Office HQs for Siemens (180,000 sq ft) and Yell (150,000 sq ft) plus office acquisitions for Microchip, Workday, Amicus Therapeutics, Carbon Black, Pegasystems and TripAdvisor amongst others. He was also a leader in developing and engaging technology applications and utilisation of modern practices in a large Surveying business

Charlotte is Equity Director and Head of London Retail at BGP, a leading boutique property consultancy advising the UK’s most prominent brands and landlords. A recognised authority in central London retail leasing and development, Charlotte brings a highly curated and strategic approach to placemaking. She leads leasing strategies for prestigious estates including Canary Wharf Group, The Portman Estate and Grosvenor, alongside major national landlords such as Hammerson and LandSec; specialising in the creations of destinations that are both globally recognised and commercially successful. As a board-level leader and parent of two young children, Charlotte is a passionate advocate for equality within the property industry. She is actively involved in mentoring and supporting the progression of female talent, helping to drive a more inclusive sector.

Andy has extensive experience in the flexible workspace sector with positions at MWB Business Exchange, Headspace Group and BE Offices. With a deep understanding of space-as-a-service he has overseen the growth of brands in coworking, serviced offices and managed workspace.

Olga is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Ekkist, the UK’s first health and well-being in the built environment and The Healthy Homes Checklist, a National Registry of Health in Housing. She is a Chartered Surveyor, WELL AP, and Non Executive Director for the RICS on the global Standards and Regulations Board. Olga regularly speaks at events and conferences on the topic of health and well-being and is a member of several thought leadership groups in the built environment, including the Construction Leadership Council’s health and well-being metrics group and the WELL Homes Advisory Group. She has contributed to books on public health in the built environment and authored the RICS Guidance for the Delivery and Management of Healthy Buildings.

Darren is Chief Executive of Scott Brownrigg, providing leadership, strategic direction and is responsible for setting the design vision for the practice and its people. He has led many of the practice’s highest profile projects in the UK and internationally, ensuring that innovation and excellence remain at the heart of Scott Brownrigg’s work.  

A graduate of The Bartlett, University College London, Darren brings a strong commitment to contemporary architecture, championing creativity, rigorous design standards, and forwardthinking ideas. He works closely with clients to translate ambition into built reality through a collaborative and insightdriven approach.  

Darren’s experience spans largescale mixeduse masterplanning, complex developments and the design of buildings that shape how people live and work. His portfolio includes significant office, residential and hospitality projects, creating futurefocused environments that support organisational culture, adaptability, and wellbeing.  

He leads the practice’s continued international expansion—most recently through major schemes such as the 26km Sea Breeze Masterplan in Baku, Azerbaijan. Darren remains focused on delivering architecture that is both purposeful and inspiring, driving longterm value for clients and communities alike.

Jane Sartin is Executive Director of the Flexible Space Association, the UK trade body for the flexible workspace sector. FlexSA supports, promotes and represents businesses running serviced offices, coworking spaces and other forms of workspace made available on flexible terms.  Jane has held the role for 7 years, and speaks and writes on industry matters.  She leads the association’s work lobbying on issues of common concern to the sector, and running a wide range of events and activities for those working in it.

 Mark is a Partner in the Commercial Auction team having joined Allsop LLP in 1996 as a graduate.  He has a broad and deep knowledge of the UK property market and specialises in appraisals of commercial and mixed-use properties, advising on acquisition and sales strategies, providing sale and leaseback advice for corporate clients and owner occupiers, and general asset management advice.  He has been a member of the Allsop Management Board since 2019 and was appointed Commercial Managing Partner 2024. Mark is also a member of the RICS Real Estate Auction Group.

Petrina Austin is an Equity Partner and Head of Asset Management at Tritax, where she has led the Asset and Property Management function since 2007. In her role, Petrina oversees strategic asset management, ESG integration and property operations across Tritax’s £9bn logistics and industrial portfolio, with a focus on developing valueenhancing initiatives for Tritax and its stakeholders[. Petrina champions a service culture within industrial and logistics and has significantly grown the asset management team’s capabilities in adjacent areas such as sustainability and power.   A chartered surveyor, Petrina began her career at Carter Jonas in 1996 before moving to King Sturge (now JLL) to specialise in institutional industrial portfolio management. She later became a Partner at Knight Frank, where she led the Trophy Asset Management team, managing highprofile assets  (including some of London’s most iconic buildings) and complex client mandates. Recognising her industry knowledge, expertise and commitment to the sector, Petrina was profiled by Property Week as one of 25 women working to shift the dial in the property industry in 2025 and, in the same year, was recognised as ‘Leader of the Year – Commercial’ at its Inspiring Women in Property awards. In her public engagements, Petrina speaks on topics such as customer and data analytics for value creation, operational resilience, ESG-driven value creation, client partnership models, and the future of logistics real estate. Passionate about raising the commercial property sector’s profile and making career opportunities more accessible to a broader mix of people, Petrina is a member of various industry bodies, including RICS, IAS, CILT and Women in Logistics.

Paul Singh is a founder, board adviser and commercial specialist operating across the UK built environment, investment and SME ecosystems. He leads companies including EEDN and CostPro, which advise on real estate, infrastructure and complex commercial delivery. Paul has held senior civic roles in the City of London, including Policy Lead for SMEs, and is deeply involved in professional and philanthropic initiatives supporting skills, innovation and diversity across the property and construction sectors. He brings a strategic, commercially grounded perspective to judging.

Stuart is Chief Executive Officer at Milligan. As well as overseeing the running of the company, Stuart leads on a number of projects. He specialises in town centre regeneration and the repurposing of assets and is currently working on projects with Local Authorities in Torbay, Dover, and Dorset, as well as advising several owners of shopping centres on their repurposing strategies. Stuart is passionate about regeneration and gets a huge amount of satisfaction seeing the positive impact that well thought out regeneration can have on our communities. Stuart has over 30 years’ experience in the design, leasing, marketing, and delivery of retail and leisure led mixed use developments across the UK and Europe. Over this time Stuart has overseen hundreds of deals with occupiers covering retail, F&B, leisure, offices, hotels, and residential. Previously, he was a UK Board Director at Multi Development during the delivery of Victoria Square in Belfast, and SouthGate in Bath. He was a Co-Founder of Queensberry where he helped deliver major award-winning projects for both the public and private sectors over a 10-year period. Stuart also sits on the REVO Operations and Strategic Boards. Stuart lives in Buckinghamshire with his wife and daughter, loves trail running with his dog, taking part in fitness challenges, and is a big fan of rugby.

Hans Jansen has been designing façades for over 20 years. As Lead Concept Design, he is responsible for initial design concepts at pre-tender, working closely with clients, architects and design teams, and ensuring conceptual direction is maintained during testing, production and final project delivery. He has delivered design solutions for iconic buildings internationally, including The Shard, London Bridge Place, 425 Park Avenue in New York and Project Twenty One in Stockholm. In recent years, Hans has developed a particular interest in circular façades, helping to pioneer new techniques that minimise resource consumption and reduce waste generation, from design inception to deconstruction.

Felicity Lindsay is a London-based real estate partner who leads Gowling WLG's real estate practice. She is also sector lead for the offices sub-sector and specialises in direct and indirect office investment transactions, large-scale office developments and lettings. She acts on both the landlord and tenant side of deals, bringing broad and deep experience and a commercial and pragmatic approach. She has particular experience in portfolio acquisitions and disposals, forward fundings, especially of long income assets and in providing strategic advice on the value add side of portfolio management for institutional investors, including helping to formulate and to realise their ESG goals. As well as advising on Green clauses, she also has expertise in promoting the 'S' from ESG in leases.

She is a member of the Model Commercial Lease drafting committee and a trustee of the Gowling WLG Charitable Trust. Felicity acts for private and also public bodies, including Government Property Agency in relation to their national government hubs programme. She is the lead partner for HMRC and advised them on the exit from their largest PFI contract. Her clients include Royal London, Knight Frank Investment Management, Indurent, Red Bull, LondonMetric, City Developments Limited, CERN and Government Property Agency, for whom she acts across a variety of asset classes.
