With more than 40 years in the commercial property industry, Digby Flower has played a pivotal role in shaping London's office market, advising on some of the capital's most significant occupier and development transactions.

Specialising in occupier representation and development consultancy, he has led teams responsible for more than 15 million sq ft of office acquisitions and lettings, including landmark projects at Broadgate, Canary Wharf, 22 Bishopsgate, The Scalpel, 20 Fenchurch Street and Bankside. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading organisations including State Street, PwC, Ashurst, Freshfields, Hammerson, Landsec and Canary Wharf Group. Alongside his advisory work, he served as CEO and later Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield UK & Ireland, helping lead the firm's growth and integration during a period of major industry transformation

. A passionate advocate for the profession and charitable causes, he has supported numerous community initiatives and, as Master of the Chartered Surveyors' Livery Company, helped establish its bursary programme, which has raised over £1 million to support students pursuing property-related degrees.

Madeleine is a Non-Executive Director and Real Estate advisor. She is an experienced investor and board member. Her background is Real Estate fund management. Madeleine is a Non-Executive Director of Shaftesbury Capital PLC, an independent member of CBRE IM’s EMEA Investment Committee and Senior Advisor to ICG Real Estate. Madeleine is former Head of Europe for GIC Real Estate (the Singapore Sovereign Wealth fund) where she spent over 20 years.

Prior to GIC, Madeleine spent 10 years at JLL. Madeleine has been involved with the Story of Christmas Appeal charity for many years and joined the Board of Trustees in January 2026. She is a volunteer mentor for IntoUniversity and GAIN - Girls Are Investors. She studied Land Economy at Cambridge University.

Paul joined Frogmore in 1995 as Managing Director. He set the Company’s vision and delivered its sustained performance over the past 31 years. Under his leadership in changing market conditions, the listed company’s profit before taxation more than tripled from approximately £15 million to £55 million (1996 - 2000). He then led the privatisation of Frogmore Estates plc in January 2001. Since 2006, Frogmore evolved into an established real estate investment manager.

Paul spearheaded the raise of close to £1bn in equity capital globally across three closed-end funds. He has been involved in the origination, underwriting and financing of over £7bn transactions at Frogmore. Specifically, he sourced assets for the Funds’ like ‘Oriana’ – retail investment in the heart of West End, London; Heyford Park – a former US airfield with 395,000 sq.ft. of residential and 2.0m sq.ft. of commercial space in Oxfordshire; Baltimore Wharf – an iconic 45 storey residential tower development in Docklands, London and Harbour Central – another residential development in the same vicinity.

Paul moved from being Chief Executive at Frogmore to his current role as Chairman in April 2016. Paul is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is a strong supporter of the Willow Foundation, a charity for seriously ill young adults. In 2016, Paul was awarded the MBE for his services to charity.
