Paul Singh is an entrepreneur, elected Councillor, and Policy Lead for SMEs with the City of London Corporation. He brings over a decade of leadership experience, having co-founded and led innovative businesses such as Urbanityx, EEDN Ltd. and CostPro Consulting, which focus on property investment and construction consultancy. Paul is a champion for sustainability and community impact and holds governance roles including as a trustee for Heart of the City and advisor to BPIC Network and the City of London Chamber of Commerce. With an MSc in Construction Law from King’s College London and a Hudson Prize commendation, Paul brings deep expertise and a forward-thinking approach to the built environment.
