Mark is a Partner in Mishcon de Reya's Real Estate Dispute Resolution group. Mark practices in all areas of commercial and residential property law and has extensive court experience both at trial and on appeal in relation to a diverse range of issues. He is ranked in both key legal directories as a leading practitioner and writes extensively in the property press. He is also the immediate past chair of the Property Litigation Association, a national organisation of around 1700 members established for legal professionals specialising in all aspects of property litigation.
